How Does the NVTC Gauge Customer Satisfaction?

NVTC ensures customer satisfaction by assigning an account manager and a task manager:

• To work with the customer to set expectations;

• To manage the workflow to meet and/or exceed the customer expectations; and

• To partner with the Language Quality Program Office to assess customer satisfaction.
