In 2015, 13 U.S. Capitol Police officers were assaulted. Five of the officers were injured with weapons other than firearms. (See Tables 123 and 124.)

All 13 of the officers assaulted were assigned to patrol or guard duty.

Two officers were assaulted with vehicles. The other 11 officers were assaulted with other types of weapons.

Dispositional information (See Table 131.)

Dispositions were not reported for the 10 suspects who were identified in the assaults on U.S. Capitol Police officers.
