Figure 3: The size deviation of each allele from the average is plotted with increasing size (observed minus average). Eight different temperatures measured adjacent to the 310 at the start of each injection are shown. Sizing was performed with the GS-500 and the Local Southern sizing algorithm. Lower ambient temperatures produced larger sizes, whereas higher ambient temperatures produced smaller sizes.
