Table 3: Results of Group 3 Testing

Table 3 provides the results of Group 3 testing. No significant differences were observed in Group 3 epoxy FTIR spectra. Glass spheres and talc were observed by PLM in FastSteel, Repair Express Epoxy Putty, J-B STIK, PC-METAL, and Leakstopper Steel Epoxy Putty. Talc and calcium magnesium carbonate were observed by PLM in EP-200 Epoxy Putty. Magnesium, silicon, sulfur, calcium, titanium, and iron were detected by XRF in all Group 3 epoxies. In addition, aluminum was weakly detected in all Group 3 epoxies but EP-200 Epoxy Putty. No significant differences were observed in Group 3 pyrograms.
